Introduction to TeachEasy Outstanding School Videos

How to buy an Instant Purchase (Video on Demand) Assembly / Lesson:

 

 

1. On the red navigation bar at the top of the page click "Videos" (and wait for the page to load) (or click "here")

 

2. On the "Videos" page click the link "here" (which follows the text "If you would like to buy an assembly / lesson today, please click..")

 

3. On the "Instant Purchase" page, click the series required (eg "Key Stage 2" or "Tricky Topics")

 

4. On the chosen series page scroll to find the desired assembly / lesson. Check the availability date (which will say "available "now" - if ready for use.)

 

 

Each Assembly / PSHE lesson is made up of three parts:

(a) The main assembly / lesson

(b) The "walk in / walk out" video

(c) The video booklet

You can choose to stream or download the videos. We recommend that you download (in case your internet connection in school weakens)

 

 

(a) The main assembly / lesson - click the icon or the link which asks you to click "here:"

  • You will be directed to the correct video and will be requested to pay the fee.
  • (note in US Dollars - equivalent to £6 GB Pounds - the payment process will handle the conversion.)
  • You can then download the video file, which you should save to your computer eg. the "desktop" (or preferred alternative location.)

 

 

The video is then ready for you to use any time. (Double click the file to start the video.)

 

 

(b) The "walk in / walk out" video:

  • Under the icon for your assembly / lesson - click the link "here" for the walk in walk out music.
  • Again - save the file to your chosen location.
  • This video file contains a thought provoking slide show set to music which is directly linked to the chosen topic.
  • It allows you to gather the children in an appropriate "room - tone" (and starts their thought processes.)

 

 

(c) The accompanying booklet:

  • Under the icon for your video - click the link "here" for the accompanying booklet.
  • The booklet will load to your device as a pdf and has suggestions of (optional) prayers, thoughts and further activities for assembly day and subsequent days / lessons.
  • Save the file to your chosen location

 

 

How to buy a Video Package:

 

1. Browse the available assemblies / lessons starting here:

 

2. Follow the links to the desired series.

 

3. To order - click "Order Form" on the top navigation bar or click here

 

4. We will receive the order form within moments and process as quickly as possible.

 

  • (i) You will receive an email which contains your invoice and your access passwords for the videos and booklets. Please keep this safe for reference.
  • (ii) The email will be sent within 48 hours - we aim to send within 24 hours.
  • (iii)* N.B. Each series has its own unique password* (You can share this within your main school - but do not allow it to be shared across other schools.)

 

 

How to view or download a Purchased Package Video:

 

Once you have received your invoice / activate password email - you can view and download films which are available within the series.

 

1. On the red navigation bar at the top of the page click "Videos" (and wait for the page to load)

 

2. On the "Videos" page click the link to the Videos - or simply click "here"

 

3. On the "Videos" page, click the series required (eg. "Key Stage 2" or "Tricky Topics")

 

4. On the chosen series page scroll to find the desired film. Check the availability date (which will say "available "now" - if ready for use.)

(b) The "walk in / walk out" video:

  • Under the icon for your topic - click the link "here" for the walk in walk out music.
  • Again - save the file to your chosen location. (N.B. This video file is not password protected.)
  • This video file contains a thought provoking slide show set to music which is directly linked to the theme.
  • It allows you to gather the children in an appropriate "room - tone" (and starts their thought processes.)

 

 

(c) The accompanying booklet:

  • Under the icon for your video - click the link "here" for the accompanying booklet.
  • You will be asked to enter the password. The password is exactly the same for the main topic and the booklet.
  • The booklet will load to your device as a pdf and has suggestions of (optional) prayers, thoughts and further activities for that day and subsequent days. Additionally the subscription booklets contain the full transcript of the film in case your IT breaks down.
  • Save the file to your chosen location
